Hi guys!
Almost a year ago I quit my full time job as a nurse. We have been in the restaurant business for almost 4 years now. I was trying to juggle working full time as a nurse, being a full time mom, a wife, and making all the desserts for the restaurant plus managing payroll for all my employees. I was working through a pandemic as well which was the icing on the cake. I was unhappy and so overwhelmed that I felt like I was drowning in life.
Fast forward to today I am feeling much better. I'm not so overwhelmed with everything in life and trying to keep up. Most days I am relaxed. I'm able to keep up with my daily to dos and not just want to avoid it all because it overwhelms me. I have recently thought "man, I just need something small for me to enjoy but not cause me stress." I was doing some research and thought blogging would be perfect. I'm not real sure anyone will read them or follow them but I would like to give it a shot so here I am making my first blog post!
